The Lahore-born climber became the world's youngest climber to climb the K2 on July 27 last year. He also became the youngest Pakistani to scale Everest on May 11 the identical year.

“Congratulations, Shehroz Kashif. We are happy with you. You made another record by scaling the mountain peak,” Karrar Haidri, Secretary Alpine Club of Pakistan (ACP) said in an exceedingly statement.

Shehroze, who became the youngest mountaineer to successfully summit the ninth highest peak within the world – mountain peak, lost contact with the track on his way back from the mountain.

Shehroze’s father stated.

We kept in touch with them via trackers up to 7350 feet.After that, there's no contact with Shehroze and his fellow mountaineer,” he added.
